Norcal C70

Hi,
Ive heard of this forum before but didnt join til now. I daily drive a 98 C70 T5 around the 707,which is one of my dream cars ive always wanted. It was stock since purchased in '06 until an accident last year which made me think about modding it to make it better then ever. As before this i never worked on it and was always going to the dealer$hip. Recently ive been hitting the track/mostly drag racing at either Infineon or Sac raceway and looking for more volvo enthusiast to meet up with locally. Also the black hood & bumper are temporary for now,but might keep as there super light compared to the factory.

Here our some of my 1st mods:Nearly complete stage 0, K&N airfilter,AMB projectors,PIAA H7 bulbs,IPD TCV,Unorthodox Racing Light weight pulley,19' Heico Volution V's w/Toyo Proxes 4,Glasspack muffler,04' Clear Taillights,99' eggcrate grille...

Purchased, but not installed yet: 3' OBX Downpipe, 3' in/out Magnaflow cat, R1 drilled/slotted Rotors

Those Heico's look nice on the C70.. where'd you pick 'em up? Nice ride!

Thanks! I got them used from a volvospeed member last year because 2 of my stocks where slightly bent enough to lose tire pressure.

What did you run that day at Sac drag strip?

that day i averaged 16's with 80mph traps,not bad for 1st time at track & taking it easy.

Heres some more shoots from that day, also that was the opening night for Wednesday night drags. Huge day by 6p there was least a 100 cars racing!
