Oishi Sushi

I was at Oishi Sushi, a Japanese restaurant in Walnut Creek last night. I think this might be the perfect place for our next Volvo meet. For starters, they have two menus, a regular menu and a buffet menu. I have gone to this restaurant about 8 times and have always ordered from the buffet menu. There are also two buffet menus, one for $19.99 and the other for $24.99 and I always order from the $24.99 menu. The difference is that the $19.99 menu doesn't include nigiri and sashimi. The following are included in the $24.99 menu: ~30 different types of rolls, nigiri, sashimi, appetizers such as seaweed salad, miso soup, soft shell crab, gyoza, tempera, etc, and drinks such as soda, tea, hot and cold sake. Ladies and gentlemen you heard right...so what better place for a Volvo meet than all you can eat sushi which are all made to order and unlimited sake. Plus, there is karaoke. It's a small restaurant but I think that if we have a meet, we will basically take up the entire restaurant. They are also in a plaza so parking will be okay. So let's take a vote, who wants in???

mmmmmmm!!!! as long as its a weekend Jackie and i should be able to make it. However, the amount of sake consumed would determine whether we participate in karaoke
