			<description>Hi all,

I just wanted to say that this month's EuroSunday event for the Bay Area on Sunday, November 15th will be the last one for 2009. <description>this dude lives in alameda, actually very close to me.

I see him every morning on the way to school.

Tried racing him in the 245 once, but don't think he noticed me.

The car is pretty loud, HID's (i think), and has a nice stance with some Nebulas...

finally got crappy shots of it..

Found you guys thru the Euro Sunday site and came to check you out. I'm Chris and my fiance is Jackie, we're in Fremont with a silver '87 740 GLE wagon and a silver '94 940 wagon. I drive the 740 (which is still my first car now with less clearcoat and 488k miles), and after the luck I've had with mine she got the 940 (only 160k miles). <description>Me and a couple members from the TurboBricks &amp; Volvospeed forum will be drag racing at Sacramento Raceway this Wednesday July 8th and would like to see if we can get a nice number of Volvo's running. Its all just for fun so you dont have to have any mods or drag experience, so its perfectly fine to ask questions &amp; get pointers. I really just wanna see as many Volvo cars as possible.

			<description>Hey everyone!

The R will soon go on a trip, back to its home country. But before then, I'm going to fix it up a bit.

The seams on the leather seats have opened up, and needs to be sewn back together, or, some of the leather might need to be replaced. Does anyone know a place that can do that, who does not charge over the top?

The R rims (1995 T5R model) are also pretty beat up, and has plenty of curb rash and a few dents on them. Is that repairable?

It's shipping out in about ...</description>

Since you are in California, you are probably already aware of the Annual Davis Car Show &amp; Swap Meet (which is currently in its eleventh year) and Track Day at Thunderhill Raceway in Willows.

This year, the events are scheduled on Sunday &amp; Monday, April 26-27, 2009.

What you may not already know is that the Golden Gate VCOA (GGVCOA) recently canceled some events due to economics and lack of interest, including the April Track Day.

It's at The Paddock at the Livery located at 400 Sycamore Valley Road West, Danvielle at 8am.
